Shipping policy

-All orders are packed and shipped from within Canada. 

-New additions to the shop are subjected to a preorder period. If your order contains a preordered product, please allow 2-6 weeks for production, packing, and shipment. 

-Orders placed during high volume sale periods should expect extra time to be fully processed. 

Side note: For the Most part, Jestami is a one man operation. From the artwork to shipment. If your order hasn't been sent out yet, please know that I haven't forgotten about it. I'm doing everything in my power to get orders shipped ASAP. But sometimes I run into issues like shortage in the supply chain or broken down equipment. If problems like this arise, I hope that you can bare with me as I address the issues at hand.
